In Okinawa, where concrete houses are mainstream, we renovated the old wooden houses with cement tiled roofs, which are now disappearing, into a modern hotel. Located in calm residential area, Nakijin-son, where is just 20mins ride away from Churaumi aquarium and Bise fukugi tree street, this old wooden house has 50 years of history and has been designed in order to welcome guests.
Spacious main house with 4.4m high ceiling, a separate kitchen where you can enjoy BBQ, and a courtyard which connects main house and kitchen have a unique atmosphere which doesn’t belong to any nationality and is designed with furniture and products from various countries and eras. Hope you enjoy “irregular” stay which is different from staying traditional cottage or designers hotel.
